In Gotland, there are still about 9000 of these thoroughbred sheep. Both rams and ewes have mighty horns, and their wool is flecked with grey and very soft. This breed is so old, the Vikings were known to trade the wool and pelts of Gotland sheep. Has a waterproof, rubberized felt soles.
