What is Best Brushes?

Best Brushes is a premium brush retailer offering high-quality brushes for a variety of applications, including cleaning, painting, grooming, and more.

Where is Best Brushes located?

We are based in Sparks, NV but we ship our products nationwide.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we operate exclusively online, over the phone, or through the mail. This allows us to offer a wide range of high-quality brushes at competitive prices. If you are in our area, let us know, and we can arrange a pick-up to save you shipping costs.

Does your company sell my information?

No, we do not sell our customers’ information.

I can’t find an item online that was featured in your catalog.

If we are no longer carrying an item, it will be removed from our website. If you would like to be added to a wishlist for a particular item, please contact our support team at info@bestbrushes.com, and we will notify you if/when it becomes available again.

What is the Wishlist?

Our Wishlist is a record of customers who would like to be contacted if/when an item comes back in stock. It ensures we can notify you using your preferred method of contact.

 

Orders & Shipping


How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on the size of your order and location. You can view the shipping cost at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that dropship items do not automatically appear in our system.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

Most packages resume movement on their own, but if your order has not arrived within 30 days of the ship date, we can re-ship it. If you prefer an earlier replacement, you can place a new order, and we will refund one of the packages once the original arrives or is returned.

I forgot to use my discount code—can I still apply it?

If you forgot to use your discount code, we can cancel your order so you can place it again with the discount applied.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Our discount codes are single-use per customer. If you’re using an older catalog, note that our discount code resets each time we release a new catalog.

I canceled my order online. Why hasn’t my refund been processed?

There is currently a system issue where online cancellations do not automatically process refunds. Please reach out to our support team at info@bestbrushes.com for assistance.

Will I need to sign for my package?

Orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to waive this requirement and assume responsibility for the package, please contact our support team at info@bestbrushes.com.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. However, we offer gift bags closer to the Christmas season for an additional fee. You can also request a personalized handwritten note with your order. We hope to offer gift bags year-round soon.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send pictures to our support team at info@bestbrushes.com with your order number as the subject. Do not discard the packaging or damaged items until we have reviewed your case.

Where do I enter a discount code?

On the checkout page, before entering your shipping and billing information, there is a box on the right where you can input the code.

How can I expedite shipping for my order?

If you would like expedited shipping, we will provide a shipping quote, which will adjust the final shipping cost. Expedited quotes are processed the same day but do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

What if I haven’t received my expedited package?

If an expedited package has not arrived within the given timeframe, we will file a claim with the shipping provider and issue a refund for the additional shipping cost. Expedited quotes do not include weekends.

Do you charge extra for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

Yes, we process shipping quotes for orders outside the continental U.S., and there is an additional fee for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

 

Returns & Exchanges


What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our support team at info@bestbrushes.com with your order number, or call us at (888) 463-9177. You can also return the item(s) to [location] with a note including your order number and reason for return. If you would like an exchange, please specify this in your note. Otherwise, we will process a refund upon receiving the return.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, if you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Processing time may vary based on your financial institution.

Is there a different return policy for watches?

What types of brushes do you sell?

We offer a wide range of brushes, including household cleaning brushes, industrial brushes, grooming brushes, and specialty brushes.

Are your brushes made with natural or synthetic materials?

We offer both natural and synthetic options, depending on the product. Each brush's material is specified in its product description.

How do I care for my brushes?

Do your brushes come with a warranty?

Our brushes are built to last. If you experience any issues, please contact customer support for assistance.

Can I request a custom brush?

At this time, we do not offer custom orders, but we are always looking to expand our selection.

What is a dropship item?

A dropship item is shipped directly from our vendor to you. Dropship items are labeled on our website and typically take 7-14 business days for delivery.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, but they must be ordered over the phone or via mail as we do not currently offer them online.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Backordered/Preordered Items


How long do backorders/preorders take?

Backordered items generally take 2-4 weeks to arrive. We will contact you with updates.

What happens if my order includes backordered/preordered items?

Orders are held until all items are in stock. In some cases, orders may be split, but currently, we are not splitting all orders.

Why was my card charged before you had the items in stock?

We charge for the full order upfront because our system does not store card information.
