This gorgeous round-grain walnut box contains four different legendary Blackwing pencils, each specifically designed for a different use. You’ll get 24 total pencils: six Matte pencils (soft graphite), six 602 pencils (firm graphite), six Pearl pencils (semi-soft graphite), and six Natural pencils (extra-firm graphite). Also comes with German-steel One-Step Sharpener that is made of durable machined aluminum and sharpening unit that will give you a long point every time. The box has a soft-cork lining inside and a finely-crafted magnetic closure that “snaps” when you close it. Box is 10 ½” x 2 ¼” x 3 ½”.
Blackwing Matte (6x): ideal for musicians, woodworkers and anyone who prefer a soft, dark line.
Blackwing 602 (6x): most famous pencil with a firm and smooth graphite core that promises “Half the Pressure, Twice the Speed.”
Blackwing Natural (6x): exposed incense-cedar barrel with an extra-firm graphite that works well for extended writing and detailed line work.
Blackwing Pearl (6x): favorite of calligraphers and illustrators with a balanced and smooth graphite core that is softer than the graphite in the 602 but firmer than the graphite in the Blackwing Matte.
