The printing is done in such a way that, depending on the techniques used, the original outline will be hardly visible after coloring. The 180 gsm drawing paper is made to our specifications by one of the best paper mills in Europe and is suitable for a wide range of coloring applications, including pencil, crayon, pastel, felt marker, gouache, etc. Also water colors and liquid inks can be used. Our first-rate paper has a long life and colored sheets can be framed and displayed without the risk of rapid deterioration.

Butterflies have always fascinated us with their bright colors and metamorphic journey. They have special sensors on their feet that allow them to taste while living on a liquid diet that they consume through a long, flexible, tube-like mouthpart called a proboscis that acts like a straw.  Additionally, they are cold-blooded, often basking in the sun until warm enough to fly. Their vision is oriented to the ultraviolet portion of the electromagnetic spectrum, seeing the world in a way that we can't copy without special equipment.  

Most extraordinary is that butterflies actually have clear wings; vivid colors are the result of tiny scales that reflect and bend light. They are the perfect subject for a coloring book.
