Handwoven in Ghana from sturdy natural elephant grass, this traditional Bolga basket is built for market runs, picnics, gardening, and everyday storage around the house. A soft leather-wrapped grip makes it comfortable to carry, while the resilient woven body is made to handle regular use without fuss.
Each basket is shaped by hand, so subtle variations in weave, form, and leather are part of its character. It ships flat for easier transport and can be brought back to shape with cool water and a little gentle reshaping.
