This is a traditional Navajo salve, made of Pinon pine pitch, grapeseed and coconut oil, beeswax, cocoa butter, shea butter, vitamin E and essential oils from red cedar. Pine salve has been used for thousands of years because of its antiseptic, astringent, and antibacterial properties. (After all it’s what the tree naturally produces when they are damaged by bugs or splinters. ) This salve works as a drawing salve to help draw out deep-seated splinters and impurities from boils, abscesses and wounds. 2 oz.
